Sanja Svrkota-Sircelj graduated Law in Sarajevo, Bosnia & Herzegovina in 1989.  Between 1989 and 1992, she worked as a legal councillor in Cantonal Court in Tuzla, Bosnia & Herzegovina. From 1992 to 2001 she worked as a legal adviser in one of the premier Montenegrin companies, Agrokombinat "13 Jul" A.D. Podgorica.  In 2001 she established Svrkota Lawyers private practice.  Sanja is a member of Montenegro's Lawyers Association.

Mitar Svrkota worked as Public Prosecutor in Tuzla until 1988.  From 1988 until 1995 he was first a County Court Judge and later Chief Lord Justice in Sarajevo, Bosnia & Herzegovina. Having moved to Montenegro he established his own legal practice in 1995, which later merged with his daughter's practice. Mitar is a member of Montenegro's Lawyers Association.

We deal with a large number of foreign clients and speak several foreign languages including English.

In addition to full legal services, we also offer property conveyancing.

Our schedule of charges is in accordance with the official lawyers tariff list in Montenegro.

Our offices are located at the historic heart of Herceg Novi and are near the Municipal Court buildings.  Our opening times are 8:30 till 19:00, Monday to Friday.  Walk-ins are welcome on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays between 17:00 and 19:00.
